At BUILD, we are transparent with our pricing and truly believe that to provide the best possible Physical Therapy, quality is more valuable than quantity. In order to provide the services that we offer, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and Tricare.

Upon request, we do offer superbill options for those clients that have insurance companies that are out of network. This means that we provide the superbill for your treatment sessions for you to submit to your insurance company on the back end for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to verify if superbill options are available.

For Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, and Tricare clients, we will review your benefits with you, but we recommend you contact your insurance provider to check your benefits before your initial evaluation. Co-pays and deductibles are to be paid at the time of service.

A no-show fee of $70 will be charged to the card on file if a cancellation does not occur before 5 pm the day prior to your appointment. This does not apply to emergency situations.

Given that we are a truly one-on-one clinic, we must protect the time of the Physical Therapist and be able to appropriately provide an open appointment time to a waitlist client.
